I placed an order for a set of brightly coloured bath towels and some beach towels from Canningvale during their post Christmas sale. Having not bought Canningvale towels before I was a little apprehensive but I have been very pleasantly surprised.
The towels were posted promptly and were well packed for posting, although they were packed in a lot of plastic (much more than I would have liked). I did notice while unwrapping them that I was missing a hand towel that I had ordered, and it was noted on the packing slip that it had not been packed in my order, but a quick e-mail to Canningvale resolved that as they were quick to post the missing item out to me.
The towels themselves are great. The beach towels are great, in lovely patterns and colours and all of the towels are soft, fluffy and absorbent.
I am really very happy with this purchase and would be happy to buy from Canningvale again in future.
