CHARGED $45 POSTAGE COST-WHEN IT WAS FLAT RATE $9.99!!!!!
Today I bought a heap of stuff from the Kogan pantry online, the shipping was a flat rate $9.99, or so I thought. Upon checkout, they gave you no sub-total including the postage price-which I was suss about-only the grand total of the goods purchased.

It wasn't until I got the email receipt that I almost choked! I had been charged $45 for postage!!! WTF!!! I am not happy at all. Why I was charged so much is a mystery. What a sneaky and deceptive thing to do-especially to a new first time customer.

I am hoping to cancel my order and I may have to contact Fair Trading if I get the royal bumsteer. Will keep you updated of this disaster and how it pans out. Wish me luck!
Kogan conveniently posted out all my items and then responded with 'too bad for you". I have put in a complaint with Fair Trading + awaiting response. If they don't agree I will lodge a complaint with the bank. I was over charged $35 postage as I bought free items also. This Kogan company are very sneaky and there is no sub total for postage when you combine items. Don't let this happen to you!

Early Shipping from Kogan
I ordered a 40" TV from Kogan and it came over a week before it was due to dispatch, I received 3 emails saying when it would arrive and it arrived on time. I haven't had any problems with it yet and all seems good. I would shop at Kogan again.

Kogan drags online customer service to a new low
Kogan withdrew over $1060 from my credit card without proper verification. After four days, they still have my money.

I have tried to contact them, but they don't list their email address on their mobile website. When I contacted them through Facebook, I was quickly blocked from messaging or leaving comments.

Is this an acceptable way for an online store to treat its customers? If this is how online shopping works, I want no part of it.

vey bad experience
I bought Asus ZenFone2 on 21 October, specially for my husband B day gift.And i delivered on time.But i delivered faulty phone.I tried to touch the screen,not good response.I was struggle more than a hour.Then i straight way contact customer service.First day they want video,then i sent video,after that couple of days no response.Again contact to them.Then another story ,they need photos.They told me to restart or factory reset.I tried to do everything,but nothing happened.This is a new phone and i paid full amount and i want in good condition,not to reset or waste time for nothing.I resend again.10 days gone,did not get any response cause they don't care about customer.Again contact to customer service,then he told me is already fixed and we will email you when they will post.No email,no response.After couple of days i delivered.Again same shit.Nothing change.I was soo disappointed and feel stressed.My heart was crying .Now i again contact customer service,same procedure again,photos,videos..they think that we are soo free.I am thinking i should complain to fair trading that all the solution.I will never go again to kogan. I requested to all my friends even pay extra to store , tension free.

Beware No Combined shipping on some items!
Usually never have any problems, but this just rubs me the wrong way, don't appreciate questionable shipping tactics.

Completed an order paying individual shipping thinking its a mistake and can sort post sale.

Following first inquiry was told shipping is charged individually because Kogan items come from different places

Received one package from the same place with all 4 of my items.

Complained again to hear politely too bad.

I'm no expert but it does not cost over $80 to ship 4 cameras from Hong Kong to Australia together. Though it would if shipped separately!

May as well say that the excess I paid for shipping goes to Kogan as additional profit, not very fair at all.

order product said 1-2 day dispatch, checked my account it said 8 days till dispatch, confirmation emailed a different product ordered with a 8 day dispatch. found online help very rude and unhelpful, took forever to get through to phone help who then transferred me to senior help, who had no idea what had happened with order. so they re order my order and 8 days later still no arrival, hope my refund gets here quicker. will NEVER order from Kogan again

Ordered an Ovela Wicker Sun Bed Lounger from Kogan. It was listed as a "Hot Deal" at $100 less than its regular price. I'm a regular Kogan customer and logged in to complete the order. It listed my residential address by default and displayed "Delivery: Free". When I attempted to check out it complained that it could not deliver to my address (Mount Martha). I assumed this is because of the free delivery and that it's restricted to metro areas so I selected the metro Melbourne address of the recipient of the gift. My Credit Card details from the last purchase appeared immediately and I confirmed the purchase. I then found I had been charged $99 for shipping! I must have missed that bit! No amount of correspondence would convince Kogan that I should be reimbursed shipping. They simply continually stressed that free shipping was only available at the non "Hot Deal" price and that I have bought the item at its lowest ever price! I saved $1!! Super Hot Deal wouldn't you agree?
