I ordered an iPhone 5c from Kogan as it offered the phone at the cheapest price both online as well as in any stores.
I was a bit doubtful as it was not a local Australian store, but nearly one year later I've had no problems with my phone.
As it was being shipped from overseas I was prepared to wait a few weeks for it, and it took about 3 weeks to be delivered.
On the negative side, the charger that came with the phone was not compatible with Australian power supply and Kogan provided a generic adaptor. It would be nice if they made it possible to supply the correct power plugs seeing as they distribute worldwide, or at least provide original Apple adaptors.
On the 20/12/2012 i ordered 3 Kogan micro sim cards and was told before purchase that they wouldn't be dispatched until the 28th December and sure sure enough i received a shipping notification on the 28th december.
They just arrived today and unfortunately they were all nano sims so are unusable to me.
The product was on discount for one day, well below market price. Price included a 12 month warranty but did not include the $20 delivery charge. Purchase was confirmed the next day and delivery took 7-10 days. The item came in good condition. Kogan offers such discounts periodically on a wide range of different electronic items. I ordered a Universal Phone Holder & Rapid Car Charger Kit and also a Universal 2600mAh Power Bank from Kogan. Very easy site to navigate, crazy good prices but as most people know sometimes not the best quality. I've found the power bank to be great, better than a more expensive one I'd bought elsewhere. The Phone Holder only last about a month before it started to droop and now no longer holds the phone up. On the flip side Kogan's Customer Service offered to send a brand new one out to replace it without me having to need to return the dud one so was very impressed with that.
I pre-ordered a Smart full HD tv online. About a week after ordering a received an email to let me know that the tv was not full HD. I decided to keep the order as it was still very cheap compared to others. The item was delayed twice and ended up taking about a month longer to get here than expected. The TV is okay for the price, but you can really tell the difference between this TV and our LG and Samsung Smart TV's. The picture quality is not as good as the smart TV part is a bit bizarre compared to other smart TV's! I would recommend paying a bit more and getting something higher quality.
I bought a robot vacuum cleaner from Kogan and overall I've been pleased with the result. The shipping was fast and the site was easy to use. I got what I paid for with the vacuum. It was quite cheap at $99 and it's not incredibly powerful, being to be emptied and recharged three times to clean my tiny apartment.
