I found Clickship.com.au on the top bargain list on ozBargain.
Nima is the guy who runs this website based in Adelaide. He posted a bargain on ozBargain on 3/12/2012 giving everyone free shipping because that day was his birthday.
Clickship had iPhone 5 light cable for 7 bucks. I ordered 3 of those light cables because I recently upgraded to iPhone 5 and wanted to get a couple more spare lighting cables to leave in my office, car, home etc in case I forgot to bring the cable with me.
On 12/12 (which is 8 days later) I still haven't received my cable. Emailed Clickship and Nima responded me the same day saying the cable has been posted and should receive it on Friday, which I did receive it on Friday.
I wasn't too happy with the slow delivery at first until I received an apology letter from Nima on Thursday night. Apparently he received thousands of orders after he posted his deal on ozBargain, and was unable to process the order, also blaming some guy at Australia Post stuff up a lot of people's order.
He is offering everyone 30% off on the next purchase when using coupon code "SORRY". Offering full refund or resend whoever who hasn't received their item.
In his apology letter he sounded pretty honest and sincere.
The lighting cable works so far. Despite the wait, I am pretty happy. And I am willing to give Clickship another try.
After using the 3 lighting cables I bought from Clickship. They all worked fine except 1 of the lighting cable only works on one side.
Bought two lightning connectors from this store when they first started and the service has been really good. I wrote them an email at 1am and they replied 2 hours later! Shipping was extremely fast, took only 2 days to deliver. A bit disappointing that they charge extra for paypal and cc but it's understandable as they're running off really low margins. Otherwise, it's great to support a local store!
