After looking around for a bumper style case for the iPhone 4S, I decided to go down the track of ordering from atomic cases. They have a facebook page with different people posting so I figured they would be a reliable company.
Ordered on the 20th of October, the next day I got a shipping notice that it's been shipped with USPS. On the 9th of November I still didn't receive anything so I contacted their support. The response was quite immature for a company where they said go ask your post office. The response from the post office was that it's the shipper's responsibility to chase down the package. No acknowledgement that I am a customer and that their customer service ends when they pass it onto USPS.
After a month the product eventually arrived but would never recommend purchasing from this company. The product itself was good looking, but the paint bits started to flake so wasn't too happy with it. Their carbon fibre back that came with it does look nice.
