I bought 2 inflatable cushions in May this year, took them on ONE overseas trip & they won't stay inflated anymore. I have sent SEVEN e mails to these people starting on 25/10/14 & got one reply on 22/11/14 telling me the order had been despatched on 19/5/14. Duh !!!! I know !!! I got the faulty goods & have asked for a replacement or a refund and absolutely NO MORE replies !!!
Supposed to be under warranty but when you can't even get a proper response, what's the use of warranty!!!
