I ordered an office gas-lift chair and plastic storage tower from Officeworks and got the shipping information very quickly. The order was delivered in good condition and the estimated shipping date was accurate. The courier even delivered them to the doorstep of my apartment unit which is more than I can ask for since the items were bulky and weighed quite a bit.
On the 07/12/2012 i ordered a 'PHILIPS LFH720 TRANSCRIBER SYSTEM' from Officeworks online store,within a couple of days i received a email confirmation that the item could be picked up in store on the 11/12/2012.
On that day i received a call from my local Officeworks telling me my order was ready for collection.Upon picking up the item i was served by some really friendly staff which is always nice.
When i unpacked the item i found that the factory seal was broken and the items inside had been unpacked at some stage..there was no mention of this in the online ad and with Officeworks you always expect to receive brand new goods so it was very odd.
Occasional good prices, with excellent shipping time (but no tracking)
ordered a Desktop Harddrive as i needed the extra space. delivery was free due to the order being over $55
my order was confirmed via email the same day. unfortunately, they did not have stock and was marked as back ordered for delivery (with estimated stock arrival of 8-10 days)
as i was not in a rush, i was content to wait. having created an account with them, i was able to check on the status of my order
around 2 weeks later, my order was marked as shipped, with an invoice being emailed to me. my item arrived the same day as it was dispatched. unfortunately no tracking number or way to track my item, should anything have gone awry
however, overall, based on the fact that my item did arrive safe and sound, although with a bit of a delay, i'd still be happy to purchase from Officeworks again should they sell an item at a price i was happy to pay
Officeworks was an easy website to use if you know what you want. The products can sometimes be confusing in descriptions but overall it was good. The check-out process is quite long but is necessary due to the delivery and payment options. Satisfying purchase.
Ordered a photobooks online through Officeworks. Reasonably priced and reasonable shipping time as promised (upto 10 working days, received on the 6th day). Quality wise is acceptable, might purchase again in the future.
I had a large printing job at Officeworks. I'm not sure if it the cheapest, but the advantage was you could submit the document online and then pick it up the next day. It was ready on time and there weren't any problems with the job. You can also have the prints sent to your address.
