On the 04/12/2012 i ordered 9 'Mercury AV screen protector kits' and 2 'Mercury AV snap cases' for the Nokia N9 using Officworks online click & click system and on the 06/12/2012 i was able to pick them up.
Both products were of a high quality,as you'd expect From Mercury AV.
As this was an in store pickup there was no shipping charges.
On the 13/05/2013 i placed a click n collect order at Officeworks,i ordered a 'QW-OFFICEWORKS 5 IN 1 TRIMMER BLADE',i received notification this morning (15/05/2013) that my order was ready for pick up so i collected it a few hours later.
This was a click n collect order so there was no shipping charge.
Officeworks did a great job. I ordered a new router after my current one broke. Ordered at 10:30 am and I had the router in my hands at 2:00 pm.
I love Officeworks, they have quick deliver, great product range and options to pick up in store. Products always arrive in good shape. They also price match, but you have to call up or go in store.
I often order office supplies from office works and their service is great. The online order system is simple and easy and they provide low cost/ free* next day delivery on most orders.

I ordered my digital prints online. It took a while to upload all the photos but the website was easy to navigate and I can pick up the photos from my nearest officeworks in 5 business days. If you're in a hurry, it's best to go straight to the store, but ordering online is quite convenient. Price is also competitive.
I placed an online order with Officeworks after finding that my local store did not have any stock of a few items I was looking for.

Shipping was free if the order was aver $55, which mine was. I placed the order at 5:00pm and it was delivered to my door by 1:00pm the following day. I could not quite believe that it arrived so quickly. The order was well packed and I appreciated that the box wasn't filled with plastic bubble wrap or stuffing.
I wouldn't hesitate to order from their online store again. This purchase was a dream.
