I placed an urgent order for X500 A5 colour double sided flyer to print via the online website as I was advised by the staff member at the branch that it would be quicker online and cheaper.
I placed an order the same day and the website stated that it would be delivered within 2 - 3 business days.
A week later my order was no where to be found on the system, I was not able to use it for my show casing event that weekend.
No one could tell me where my order went or what the status was, I received phone call from the head office, however there was still no sign of my order 2 weeks later.
I made a complaint via email to request for a refund.
They refunded me the full amount.
I don't think I will use their online printing again. Vista Print is more quick and reliable.
