What a delightful experience (not!!) it was to shop online with Officeworks. So I bought an ipod touch as a Xmas present for my husband. Immediately on purchase I received an email stating the purchase was under review. Next day I receive notification from paypal my purchase amount has been refunded. Do they want my busness or not? pathetic. I am authorised to use that account and credit card, and don't understand why I was rejected without the courtesy of an email or phone call. DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE from officeworks, they do NOT deserve your business. There is no point my calling them to try to remedy, I simply don't trust them after this experience. I have made many purchases in store from officeworks, and this has really affected my view of the business and inclination to shop there.
