I love costume box. I've bought so many costumes from them. In the past I have had them deliver, and they usually arrive next day. For this order I collected from their Northern Beaches warehouse.
The process was easy, the location was easy to find. The price of their costumes is great, they always have a sale and if not you can ALWAYS find a promotional code somewhere (search online).

I ordered a Green tutu for a Halloween party. I stupidly, ordered it 2 days before, so obviously it didn't arrive in time, but i did contact the Customer service and they were very nice. They said i could drop in and collect it but had to give them money and then when i receive the tutu in the mail i could return!
I purchased a costume for my niece through Costume Box. Needed it for an event on the weekend so went with their click and collect option (I live close to their pick up point).
