The costumes from Costume Box are very good quality although a bit on the pricey side. I bought a costume dress for a fancy dress party and i was definitely pleased with the detailing. Shipping was as expected and came within 5 days.
My daughter had a school event which require her to dress up in 1800s clothing. Thanks to Costumebox, I am able to find something for her and she was happy and excited. Will definite use this as a source for dress up events.

I love costume box. I've bought so many costumes from them. In the past I have had them deliver, and they usually arrive next day. For this order I collected from their Northern Beaches warehouse.
The process was easy, the location was easy to find. The price of their costumes is great, they always have a sale and if not you can ALWAYS find a promotional code somewhere (search online).

I ordered a Green tutu for a Halloween party. I stupidly, ordered it 2 days before, so obviously it didn't arrive in time, but i did contact the Customer service and they were very nice. They said i could drop in and collect it but had to give them money and then when i receive the tutu in the mail i could return!
Our order for costumes $120 for our boys 4yrs birthday. 8 days items haven't arrived. Contacted costume box "live chat" who insisted I do a follow up phone call with there postal service ( Star Track\ hopeless) to located items. Response item was on its way with the driver who couldn't be contacted x 3 days. Again spoke with costume box live chat web service to again inquire about items location. Who responded insinuating I was "Dead". Emailed their manager regarding this disappointing experience and unprofessional service. Who then insisted the service agent made a typo...????? And that the items would arrive by 5:30pm. By 5:00pm no items so I phone back again, they reassured me that the drive was working late and items would arrive by 6:00pm. 3 days later I requested a full refund, items never arrived. The whole experience was rubbish, disappointing, unprofessional and insulting.
