The prices here are the same as in store, however the advantage is when they are having a sale you can see all sale stock instead of what's in the one store. Unfortunately they don't update their database often enough and a couple of times I have ordered items that were out of stock. This isn't itself an issue, however they charge your card before checking if the item is in stock then process a refund which can take several days. Shipping is also a little slow.
Mimco is generally overpriced which is why I have given it three stars. I however took advantage of their ongoing boxing day sale and spent roughly $60 for a bracelet and matching earrings. I received the items in 4 days but the package itself looked like it had, had a very rough journey and wasn't sealed properly. Also as I was unsure where to put this complaint so I've put it under the service category, the bracelet itself I received was broken, which was very disappointing. I am a fan of the brand, but will not be shopping with them via online.
I recently purchased a pair of shoes from the mimco. I found the website easy to use and the checkout process very easy. The shipping was quick after ordering on a Sunday the parcel arrived on Wednesday with emails updating on the shipping process. Very easy and quick.
Purchase one wallet form Mimco in June this year. Quick and easy transaction. No complaints. Delivery was within one week. I have returned something from there previously. Communication via email was good at first but took a while to email me the return code...about 7 days i think. but overall an ok experience.
I ordered a few hair pins from Mimco using my birthday rewards to help me pay for most of the order ($30 birthday reward) so I was very pleased to find out the pins ship for free! It was shipped via Startrack express shipping, I ordered Sunday night and it's arrived today (Tuesday).
The prices are quite expensive though, even the sale store because 2 hair pins were $19! However since it was my birthday reward I thought I would treat myself. The quality is really good and they feel luxurious.
Overall, I like Mimco for gifts as I would not buy from here in everyday life since things are quite expensive though great quality. I had a great online experience as well since the site is clean and easy to browse. Service was quick, I'm very pleased.
I was extremely pleased with my order from Mimco. I ordered some accessories on sale and the items were wrapped in a Mimco paper bag before being boxed up. Shipping was prompt and the tracking tag provided was also very helpful. As Mimco is a relatively high-end store, some of the prices are not surprising at all. I did not have any issues with my order.
