Recently purchased a Molten Envelope Large Clutch on sale for $129. Great colour (salmon/nude) and size as quite large. Made from patent leather so looks shiny and elegant. Great for nights out. Shipping was fast and an email was sent when they had shipped the item. Arrived in less than a week with dustbag and a paper Mimco shopping bag. Great service.
Oh Mimco, how I adore thee. I purchased a pouch and some hair ties recently and they gave me free shipping (normally $9.95) due to some delayed shipping however my goodies arrived in just 4 business days so I was very happy.
Their products are of such amazing quality that I feel they are worth their price tag. Their service is phenomenal and the website is beautiful and so smooth to browse/checkout on.
With so many birthdays coming up and living on a student's budget, I decided to do some online EOFYS shopping for presents.
I hadn't shopped using the online Mimco store before but the convenience it offered was too good to pass up so I decided to order a wonderful pair of leather boots that were down from $299 to only $99. They were the 'Creation ankle boot' in 'stone'. I ordered the shoes on Monday night and received them on Thursday morning. The postage cost an extra $9.95 which is a little costly compared to other sites which offer free delivery within certain regions but considering the savings were substantial, it was worth it for me.
Upon receiving them I felt they were a smaller make and needed the next size up. I immediately contacted one of the closer stores and let them know. They were extremely helpful in locating a pair in the size I needed at a store nearby (as they had sold out in this particular store). I contact the store that had them, and they were happy to hold them for 1.5 hours for me to make the exchange in store. The service once I arrived was efficient and I felt very comfortable with the assistants. Overall, an excellent and smooth experience from the buying through to the exchange.
