I used a $20 voucher Witchery sent to my email as I hadn't shopped online before with them. I bought a wallet & ring on Sunday night and shipping was $9.95.
I didn't think it'd arrive before Christmas but it arrived yesterday on Christmas Eve, taking just 3 business days to get to me. Everything was packaged nicely and I am really satisfied with my purchase!
I'd definitely shop here again at a good sale as prices are quite high.
I love Witchery but they are quite pricey. The sales are usually quite good though and I find they have more stock online than in the shops. I purchased a flowy black top at $39.95 (30% off). Quick and easy order. Item was dispatched 2 days later and arrived in 3 business days. Website as always is very easy to navigate through. The pictures of clothes were very bright and clear and are usually shown at different angles on models so you can get a good idea of how the clothes would look like on you. If you want to know when the sales start it is a good idea to sign up to their mailing list.
I don't usually buy from Witchery unless they have sales as quite pricey. I purchased 2 summer tops and a purse for $71 plus $9.95 postage. items were dispatched 5 days later so quite happy with speed of postage. Had to return 1 top to a Witchery store as wasn't suitable but that was easily done. I could only exchange for a credit note as it was a sale item - fair enough. Would be nice if postage was free as is the case with many online shopping sites nowadays. but still happy with the service and the 2 items I did end up keeping.
I love the clothes and accessories at Witchery. I find them very pricey though and usually buy in the sales or when they offer extra member points or rewards. I have a members card where you can accumulate points with each purchase. I recently purchased some leggings, a top and some cute gold ballet flats for my daughter. all were on sale and came packaged neatly in bags. Delivery is quick...usually within one week. i remember around this time last year they were very busy and had some big sale so they emailed me to say shipping will be a little bit delayed...still came in under 10 days though. i appreciated the email and really don't mind waiting as long as the items are in perfect condition. would shop there again.
