Was informed there would be a delay sending the order,so that was OK. Problem started when I returned part of the order.They said they hadn't received the return when I enquired 9 days later (all within sydney metro)! (Bulldust).Turned up approxiamately 2 weeks later then had to wait a further 3 weeks for a refund. Customer service is offhand,and they advertise 2-3 working days for refunds which is clearly not true. Would not purchase from them again.
Zodee has been under new management since September 2017 and I can assure you that the store now offers amazingly fast service and shipping. We hope you'll try us again.
