I got ripped off by Zodee. They lost my delivery and won't help me find it and refuse to refund me. Customer service is terrible. Do not waste your money trying to buy from Zodee.
I made my first purchase from zodee. I paid for express delivery but it still took a week to receive my order. I was happy with the order and will place another one in the future but I wouldn't pay for express delivery again as that just didn't happen!
Zodee has been under new management since September 2017 and I can assure you that the store now offers amazingly fast service and shipping. We hope you'll try us again.
I ordered a pair of bathers from this website on the 9th of Sept. I was informed it would not be dispatched til the 18th. It seemed like a bit long but I decided I would wait, as I really wanted the bathers. I had heard nothing by the 24th and decided to email them, asking if my goods had been shipped. They emailed back explaining that they have had some issues with the supplier, which they then told me they had emailed me about (they had not). I was told they would be dispatching my order on Friday the 27th. 19 days after I had initially ordered it. I cancelled my order immediately. I will not be using this company again.
