Purchased movie vouchers which were meant to be posted to my address. I never received them. Escalated to online support, no reply. Called to dispute and finally received the vouchers after 2 weeks.
Not very reliable and very unresponsive. Needs improving!
I purchased exercise DVD from this site. This site was the best price available from my research online.
Site was easy to use, however the delivery took 3 weeks.
If you are happy for the price and happy to wait, I would recommend checking this site out when comparing.
Also worth signing up as a new member as there is a discount available with first time memeber/ purchase.
I would shop here again, if I found this site was cheapest for the goods I was after, however if i need it ASAP I would probably not use this site based on the delays in delivery from my DVD purchase.
