I ordered a bag which was really nice quality and came nicely packaged in a cardboard box and everything. However, not too sure if it was on ASOS's behalf or the posting company's but it took quite a few days longer than usual ASOS products usually come. It took more closer to 2 weeks rather than 1 which was quite annoying because the tracking system wasn't working well at all, because it said it had been delivered in some other random suburb... I contacted ASOS and they replied to me quickly telling me that it had not been delivered yet and it was just something wrong with the tracking system. Overall great service and products, just a bit iffy on the shipping process.

With the latest brands and models, with a lot of deverisifcation in the products, Asos is now the place to buy clothes, shoes, beauty products and many more. Always quick and reliable about their shipping methods, the parcel is always well adjust, and the products never broken. It usually take a week sometimes less, to receive your order. The tracking tool is really effective so you don't have to worry where is your parcel and when will it arrive to your beloved wardrobe. Of course You have to be carefull with sizes. As it is an online store, you can't try it on. But most of the time the size is pretty good. I never had bad surprises with ASOS, and their shoes are just amazing ! The main fact why ASOS is loved by everyone is maybe thanks to their huge stock, brands and models. Of course their 70% off sales once a month and their seasonal sales are just amazing. Everyone gets what they want !

Their shipping is free internationally without any spent limit and it is always shipped out within 24 hours as far as I experience.I am very happy about this purchase and will definitely come back.
I've ordered from ASOS many times and rarely have I've ever been disappointed. Though I would say that their products are generally more expensive compared to other online shops, you are still getting your moneys worth because shipping is free.
Also, (and this is probably what I love about them most), is their Returns system is so easy and cheap for international buyers. I live in Sydney most of the time I cannot return goods that i've bought online cause of the hassle and the return shipping cost. But ASOS costs about $7-8 to return. WHICH IS VERY CHEAP.
Their own brand products are also very reasonably priced and decent quality. I own a couple of party dresses from them and i'm quite pleased with the quality, at least for the price! They've been in the wash a couple of times and still held up, especially around the bust area. Overall very pleased. :)
Asos trumps all other online fashion stores in many ways. The simple range and variety of the labels and styles on offer are, at times, daunting - there are few moments when one cannot find all that they are looking for simply at Asos. Secondly, the value for money, especially with their in-house brand, is fantastic and they do a great range of basics in fantastic fits. Finally, the free postage to anywhere in the world truly does make this the most international online wardrobe. Whilst, the standard delivery can be lengthy to certain corners of the globe, you simply can't go past the value. The return policy is generous and the ability to send it to an australian return center is greatly appreciated. My only, very slight, qualm is the cost of the express postage which always seem too much to justify the reduced time.
ASOS provides student discounts on their products. As a student myself i was enticed by that. I purchased various pieces of clothing from their site at a great price. The shipping was extremely fast and arrived within 5 days! The quality of clothing would depend. Some are great and some are fairly poor. I purchased a cardigan which was too big for me and ASOS provided me with a hassle-free refund (just for the cardigan, had to pay for shipping fee myself).
ASOS is the one place that I have returned and continued to purchase from time and time again. For one thing, shipping to Australia is free and it is also punctual, fast and comes with a tracking number to help keep your mind at ease. Personally, I have had packages arrive as early as four to five weekdays subsequent to placing my order online! And that is free shipping, guys!
In terms of cost, I feel that ASOS is one of the most affordable online fashion stores out there. With a wide range of styles from your basic t-shirts and sweatpants to eclectic leather jackets and in-house designed lines, they really can cater to a lot of different personalities.

In this purchase, I ordered shoes from ASOS for the very first time. They arrived nicely packaged and secure in a box separate to the other items - and were exactly as described and photographed on their site. I have no complaints. The quality is not perfect, however, and they get scuffed rather easily but considering my shoes were only $40 at the time of purchase I am really not complaining.
Definitely will buy from here again - and, in fact, I already have :P
