ASOS always has a very wide range of clothes and accessories. Takes ages to go through all their stuff so it is good we can filter what we are looking for according to type of items and price ranges. I purchased 2 peplum tops in nude and black for only $18 each on sale. Arrived in 5 business days perfectly packaged. There is always the option to return unwanted items to a Sydney address for full refund as well at your own expense. Great range and service, will shop again.
I ordered a bag which was really nice quality and came nicely packaged in a cardboard box and everything. However, not too sure if it was on ASOS's behalf or the posting company's but it took quite a few days longer than usual ASOS products usually come. It took more closer to 2 weeks rather than 1 which was quite annoying because the tracking system wasn't working well at all, because it said it had been delivered in some other random suburb... I contacted ASOS and they replied to me quickly telling me that it had not been delivered yet and it was just something wrong with the tracking system. Overall great service and products, just a bit iffy on the shipping process.
I love shopping from this website, the quality of the items is amazing and their shipping and assistance is quite prompt. But recently i have been trying to place an order for weeks but there is always an error in the payment section. Even after contacting asos several times i wasn't able to find a proper solution :(
Knew a few people who used ASOS and loved it, so decided to give it a go. Bought three shirts, they turned up within the time frame given by the site, the option was there to return them free of charge as well. Using the size charts on the site really helps, they differ between brands and ASOS takes the time to change them for each brand.
ASOS product range is awesome. You can find everything from cheap homebrand to more expensive brands. As a student I got free delivery to Australia and the order arrived quick after a few days. Through there online system you will be informed as soon as they dispatch your products. I was really happy with the quality of the products as well.
Items ship very quickly. Always happy with my purchases. Sizes are a little hit-and-miss at times, but Im always happy. I only purchase clearance items as they offer amazing value.
