I have noticed I've been buying a lot of makeup from ASOS lately. I bought a bunch of Rimmel cosmetics from them since they're so affordable!
They arrived on 18/2 which was an impressive 5 business days (tip: try buy on a Sunday like I did and it should arrive on Friday and you don't have to wait over the weekend!).
Very happy with how everything was packaged so there was no damage. Loved my purchase and I will no doubt be back!
I ordered a top that was needed urgently. I applied normal shipping and it came within the week!! Quality is great! I recommend to buy from there! Especially the ASOS label!
I bought a spotted net smock dress and a mink pink bustier from this website. The bustier was too small for my bra size, and that is fair enough. But the ASOS brand dress was such a travesty!!!
It was in a looser, smock style, so it is supposed to be a bit voluminous. But this dress was just huge and hideous. I get that it is supposed to be that floaty, oversized style. But it looked like I was wearing a hideous tent.
I have two more orders coming from ASOS (oops. I am addicted). If they don't have clothes which are both flattering and good quality, I won't be buying from them again. I am sick of the hit and miss quality of ASOS brand!
Oh yes I've heard about ASOS branded clothing having sizing that's way large (especially for smock dresses) - maybe try out the petite section? I moved there after finding the smock dresses in the normal range were too long for my short torso.
Purchased a bag from ASOS. Amazing quality!!!! Just what it looked like in pictures but better! Fast shipping! Very happy with quality of product! ASOS provided a slip for easy return although not needed as quality, price and prompt shipping an A+. Highly recommend buying from this site.
Waited a month on first order and asked for a refund. No explanation given.
2nd order now approaching a month. Wrote customer service on failed order, they said all they can offer is an apology. I was told to wait 2 weeks and if not there contact them back. That leaves a paying customer another month with nothing to show for.
Posted a warning to future consumers on their Facebook page which was taken down immediately.
No accountability on ASOS for delivering purchased goods, and definitely no one there making things right.
