I always buy from Big W when they have their BIG sales on and free shipping deals and when they have these deals I ALWAYS buy my big ticket items as they are always free shipping too! I purchased 7kgs Omo front loader powder, a delux picnic rug (it's huge), a great big shell pool for my daughter, 2 x 12pks of baby custard, 2 x baby breadsticks, Wiltshire stay sharp scissors and a Winnie the Pooh comforter all for $150 with FREE shipping on ALL items and I got a bonus take & toss variety pack with my order! Can you even believe that?! Shipping was relatively fast considering the amount of items I purchased that were bulky and had to be shipped from the supplier warehouses (not Big W itself) and I had received all of my items within 2 weeks and had a total of 4 seperate deliveries within my order. I was stoked with my purchases! We whipped out the shell pool for the first time the other day and my daughter just loves it :)
I love buying from Big W online, you get fantastic online exclusives that are not available in store and if you spend over $50 you usually get free shipping.
The website is easy to use and the checkout allows you to pay via paypal which is always convenient if the credit card isn't at arms reach.
I regularly purchase the big 7kg tubs of washing powder and boxes of baby wipes and they arrive with 3 business days. The most recent purchase was 2 x baby car seats and they arrived within 3 business days.
I only buy itunes cards through Big W as they're one of few retailers that sell discounted itunes cards online. So far they've been fantastic with the cards arriving usually in 2-3 days.

Great deals to be had, site needs a tad bit more work
Order a Sharp 24" Full HD LED 50Hz TV through them, and it was quickly notified that it was dispatched the next day. Item arrived 3 business day afterwards. Shipping cost was very reasonable at $7 for such a relatively medium to large sized item.
On the odd occasion, they offer some very good online only promotions, and include free delivery.
Site is easy to navigate, but some of the item descriptions could be a bit more thought out.
I ordered on a 10'' MSI tablet Monday,it was despatched the next day and by the end of the week it had arrived so couldn't be happier especially since it was 50% off with free delivery.
I purchased a 2GB iPod shuffle from their online store. It cost me $58 + $4 shipping, which I thought was pretty reasonable. It wasn't worth driving to my local store to save $4 and they let me pay via paypal which was extra convenient. The item arrived well packaged and without any damage. It would be good if they offered a free shipping option (even if it meant a minimum spend). Also a lot of the items on their site have very little or no descriptions beside them about what the item is/specs etc. It would be good if they filled out the content on their site a little bit more. I'd shop here again as long as the price was right.
