You and I used to be the best of friends. There was nowhere I would buy my smalls from but you. I loved your designs, and LOVED your high waisted knickers, because they stopped me from getting awful lines with my high waisted jeans.
But lately... your products are getting shoddy.
The last few orders of pants have fallen apart within 9 months (when they used to last almost 2 years!).
And this order... don't get me started!
I bought three sets of cute spacedyed leggings. When they arrived, they were nasty and sheer, when they were supposed to be opaque! And then, after I returned them, it took two days shy of a month for you to return my money. I called you up at the service centre to ask what had happened... and you were so rude... you didn't know where my order had gotten to and you didn't care to explain the process.
I felt like we weren't friends anymore bonds.
I'm not sure yours will be the only name on my knickers from now on...
I mainly purchase baby/toddler clothes from Bonds and have always been happy with the quality. Price wise, on a good day you can not only manage to get sale prices but also facebook discounts (via "liking" items) as well as free shipping and special deals (eg two for one etc.) On an average day though, I do find that Bonds clothing can be a little expensive. Shipping is usually quite fast, within the week and the clothes always come in a very stylish brown paper bag which I really like. I do find Bonds baby clothing to be on the smaller side of the size so I find when my daughter is transitioning from one size to another Bonds is a really good brand to buy when everything else is just a little bit too tight or a little bit too loose! I like shopping with Bonds online and I would happily do it again however like I mentioned above I only tend to purchase from them when my daughter is "between sizes."
Bonds has an amazing range of basics ranging from mens and womens t-shirts to sports clothing! The great things about Bonds online shopping is that they have FREE shipping and returns Australia wide and what is even better is that you do not get invoiced for the purchase until you receive the item. Shipping is very fast! I received the Bonds t-shirts I ordered in 3 days and clothing is exactly as advertised on the website!
Bonds had a 2 for 1 brief sale on and it was too good to pass up. The website was incredibly easy to browse and order from and the prices were great, especially with free shipping via AusPost Australia wide and free returns.
There were plenty of emails to update my on my order, including tracking and their products are extremely great quality. Note that the items come in a Bonds branded bag so it's pretty obvious what you just got in the mail if you're buying a gift for someone.
Bonds clothing prices do get reduced very often, so I bought myself a bra for $5 originally $40 or something. From trying it on, it's very comfortable and I am excited to see how well it holds up over the months (hopefully years).
