Had three $20 vouchers and collected $67 worth of goods. At checkout I handed over all three vouchers together. It took three separate staff members using a 'how to' manual to figure out how to process the sale, and only after several minutes and many attempts by the register staff to figure it out (they only processed one voucher), was I told that I couldn't use more than one at a time. There was no mention of this at the start, and it was not mentioned anywhere on the terms and conditions listed on the voucher itself. When I asked to be shown where this was mentioned, they simply said "it must be online". (I checked this when I got home, and it is not mentioned anywhere at all).
By this time there was quite a long line of customers looking increasingly irritated at the time it was taking to get through the checkout queue, and I had a hungry baby in a pram with me, so I didn't feel I could argue at this point.
I later emailed the company - I had to do this twice before anyone replied - and was essentially told that it was somehow my fault for not mentioning that I wanted to use all three vouchers for the sale (??). They admitted the staff were in fact wrong, and I SHOULD have been able to use all three vouchers in a single transaction, but then simply said that my inconvenience was regrettable and no attempt at rectifying the situation was made.
Very unhappy and am left feeling very ripped off. $40 down the drain. Will never go there
Surely it's not $40 down the drain - did you not get the goods in the end?

Cheap and Very Nasty, avoid.
Disgraceful conduct from this company. Be very, very wary of the fine print and "specials" when ordering online. Orders sometimes take weeks (my first one) - common thread here... Ordered Things online which they do not have in stock but still take your money anyway. I received someone else's order, I live in WA and the order I got was supposed to go to QLD. Complete rookies, his is bordering on criminal conduct/Fraud. - Will make enquires...

don't order from here if you are in a hurry. I have only placed two orders and there is have been missing items on both orders. I have suggested to them they keep their site up to date so you cant order products that are not in stock. (no comment from them) My current order I have been waiting on for over three weeks now. My previous order, the first one, I still haven't received a product that was unavailable and still is. This was 6 weeks ago. Very strange set up here, totally erratic systems they work with. Customer service-- nil.

Appalling
Don't waste your time and money. They say they'll dispatch in one business day but they hadn't dispatched the order after a whole week. No communication and no explanation for delay even when I called to enquire. They ignored my email enquiry. I gave up waiting and cancelled the order after a week. What a joke.
