I've placed a couple of orders with Computer Alliance and although the first time round I had numerous question they only answered my emails once, so in the end I had to ring them. Apart from that, I had no problems adding/changing my orders and they were most helpful.
Bought a pair of Altec Lansing 5.1 USB speakers (AL-FX5051) for an excellent price of $79, compared to all other stores around (all above $120)
Delivery charge of $25 was reasonable given the size of the speakers that I ordered, taking approximately 3 days for delivery.
Had issues with the feedback from the speakers which is a known problem with these speakers. Also had speakers die on me outside of the manufacturer warranty period.
