Once I heard Dotti had free delivery I was really really excited, because I love Dotti and sometimes I find their stores sale section to be a bit messy! So I quickly jumped online and found so many things that I love. There were many products that weren't available in store anymore but are still there online at very affordable prices. So with free shipping it was a win, win situation for me!! The shipping also took only 3 days, which was really fast :D I love that Dotti also allows you to return the products in store if you are not happy with them, so there's no fuss with sending them back! Everything that I bought I really really loved and I really love the trust that I can have with their online store!
I always seem to be attracted to Dotti when they have a free shipping promo - they sent me an email with a free shipping code in honour of Valentine's day hence why I am here today to review my experience!
I ordered a red crop top with a turtle neck, it arrived in 3 business days via registered post. I am happy with the fit and colour, it's just like on the site.
Very happy, highly recommend Dotti. If you're not happy with your purchase, just return to a physical store or via mailing it back within 30 days.
Dotti is great for things on sale. I don't think their full prices are worth it but their sales are fantastic! I ordered a nice dress for $10 Wednesday night during a quick free express shipping promo and received it Friday, just in time for the weekend.
It's not worth the original $69.95 price tag for sure but for $10 with free express shipping, it was too good a deal to pass.
Checkout is extremely simple and quick, Dotti never let me down.
I bought the beautiful floral embossed midi skirt, which is flattering and fantastic quality.
When it arrived, it was a bit too big, so I went to exchange it instore.
It was so simple, and the store clerks were so wonderful.
I was surprised at how flexible and accommodating dotti's terms and conditions are, and having an australian store where you can exchange items at a whim is great too, because paying return postage sucks, it's so frustrating!
I purchased Dotti's work pants and their White Peplum Top online! It was very easy to make the purchase and Dotti have a good range of clothing. Shipping was quick and my items arrived in 4 days, however, one of the items I received had a stain which I then returned. It was very easy for me to return the item, I visited the closest Dotti store to me and gave back the stained top and they immediately issued me a refund. Overall, it was a good experience except for the stained top!
