I recently placed a purchase for some scrabble letter mugs. I needed to speak to customer service about the purchase, however I tried calling their customer service number, which directs you to an third party answering service. I left multiple messages and did not get my call returned. I also tried emailing several times, but it took 5 days before someone replied to my email.
Although the price of the item was cheapest that I could find online, the customer service experience was so poor I ended up cancelling my order. Which also took time as I couldnt get in touch with a person in customer service.
I wouldn't recommend this site unless the item is cheap enough for you to forgo the customer service (ie: being able to speak to a person that acutally works for at Dstore.com not just an answering service and delays in getting this item delivered.

Now I've been billed twice for same item.
Upon calling the 1800 number, automated reply says there is a problem and I can't be put through-this has happened each time I have tried.
Emails don't get answered or don't get answered for weeks.
I've given up in sorting it out with them and will ask bank for chargeback.
Initial earphones were DOA which I sent back. That's not their fault, but the absence of customer service is. I will never use them again.
