Overall positive experience
I ordered a pair of Sennheiser headphones which were significantly cheaper through DWI vs in store in Australia. Paying for the order was a little confusing through Paypal but the online chat helped with that. The order was processed and shipped quickly. The courier was slow (not DWIs fault). The package arrived well packed and was exactly what I had ordered. No issues.

Great prices and stock availability. Prompt delivery and well packaged. The surcharge for using Paypal is a bit of a let down, but bank transfer is easily done without the surcharge. This is my 5th DWI purchase, and I would recommend them to anyone.
