Excellent customer service at DWI
I am a returning DWI customer. Having placed my most recent order (#10218364) for a camera lens, I realised later in the day that I had made a mistake. Emailing DWI to change my order to another lens type, I found to my relief that there was a no fuss changeover, and paying the price difference was no hassle at all. My correct order was shipped within 24hrs and delivered in Melbourne within 4 working days, which was earlier than quoted. I can highly recommend DWI.

At first I had some problems with payment. There was a number of sometimes heated emails sent. Once I realised it was my fault I apologised and rectified the payment. DWI maintained professionalism throughout and still managed to deliver within three days of them receiving payment. I'm very happy so far with the service at D.W.I. My camera arrived by the next working day despite having only requested postage within 6 days. Although the manual is in a foreign language, their website directed me to the canon site where I could download the manual in English. The prices were very competitive and I'm more confident knowing that it included an Australian warranty. Thank you DWI :)
