Description of product item is clear, but clearing order after paying in order to get through the shipment process is abit of a hassle, specially there is no one to clear it during week end.

Great supplier - until there is a problem
I bought several things from DWI without problem.
Then I bought a Nokia 1020. It was supplied defective : a faulty camera & the phone switches on during charging or installing hand grip B& will not switch off. The local agent - Altech - lied about how long this was going to take to fix. I took the defective phone in to Altech personally and demonstrated the two faults - the camera fault and the fault that the phone turning on during charging or installing handgrip & not possible to turn off.
DWI took almost 2 months to "fix this" .
DWI returned the phone still faulty and lied that they had fixed it Now I have to send the defective phone back to Altech - is this going to take another 2 months? I bought this phone for use on my business travels . Because DWI supplied a defective phone & take so long to fix it I had to buy another mobile phone. This is very poor service. DWI seems fine unless something goes wrong - then you can forget your warranty

Great price, slow fulfilment of order
Took eighteen days from order till delivery. My bank transfer was "overlooked" for some time. I'd avoid bank transfers. Quite a number of emails involved...

Canon 70D
It took 2 days for DWI to process the order, which I think it was a bit slow. The shipping took 48 hours from Hong Kong to Brisbane, including the custom processing. Goods are good condition and price.

Make sure you look around before making an order I paid extra A$70-80 for D5200 Nikon SLR Digital Camera with twin zooms, 18-55mm VR II and 55-300mm from DWI. A$70-80 price different is quite a lot. it is true much cheaper than local store but still a bit expensive compare with other online stores. Dont rush be coll make you safe money (all instructions come with this store are in Chinese or Japanese)...
