Good price, genuine product. Improve the site browsing experience
One of the most competitive grey market camera/lens that ships to Australia at a reasonable rate. Browsing the website is a pain. Get rid of all the clutter (the huge feedback button, the live chat window that's by default open, and the splash screen that remind you to join the mailing list).
Also, the ability to be able to filter products (in case of lens, into zoom/prime, into focal range etc) would be nice.
Also, the ability to hide out of stock items would be nice.

Nikon D5200
Nikon D5200 camera purchased from DWI, arrived quickly and cheaply. Very impressed. Warranty documentation and manuals in Japanese, English copy of manual include on a CDrom.

LG Mobile Phone Purchases
I've bought a LG G Pro 2 D838 4G LTE 32GB (UNLOCKED) Mobile Phone initially from DWI, which was out of stock and took about a week to be restocked. DWI kept me informed and I received it after 3 days of their shipping advice. Following this good purchase experience, I ordered a LG G2 Mini D620 4G LTE 8GB (UNLOCKED) Mobile Phone, after checking the stock availability with their online chat service. It took 3 days to process and ship, and another 3 days delivery time. Both purchases were reasonable priced, hassle free, reasonable delivery time and working without any problems. I've not had to make any warranty claim to comment on this part of the service.
