It honestly takes one negative review to cancel out 10 positive ones and people are much more likely to keep praise to themselves.
I'm very pleased with what I got, I understand exercising warranty online is probably going to suck if I do need it, but that's how you save and you can't have the best of two worlds.

i had a slight problem with my order at first, but i soon found out i did not understand your ordering system, and that my order was already under way as a guest (i did not join up until after i placed my order), so the end result was that i received my new phone from Hong Kong only 5 bus. days after placing order, and it is just as described, so could no be happier.
Order was processed same day, received updates at each stage and received phone in 2 business days (gold coast). Price was cheapest online. Would definitely shop here again.
