The packing was excellent and the shipping was fast to Australia. Had a bit of confusion with the courier locally that delayed delivery by a day or two - but even then it took less than a week from Hong Kong to my hand in Ballarat, Australia.
Bought a Sigma 17-50mm lens from eGlobal recently. No problems at all, fast shipping, bought it Sunday, had it Thursday and I live in a regional area in Qld. Was a little worried about using a grey importer, but can say that I would purchase from eGlobal again without a worry.
