eGlobaL offers a huge range of digital cameras, camcorder, video camera, digital SLR camera, lenses, compact camera at competitive prices. Shipped to Australia wide and fast delivery.
I have only one problem with eGlobal. The cameras and lenses I have bought from them have all been faultless and the delivery prompt.
However, the insured express postage that I thought I paid AUD90.00 for appeared to be only $40. on the parcel that arrived.
The invoice accompanying the parcel showed the postage at $40. but the prices of the camera and lens had increased to make up the difference, so that the overall amount that I had agreed to pay was the same.
eGlobal's reply to my request to pass the savings on postage on to me said they use 2 different accounting systems and the invoice showed only part of the postage charge.
The cynical me thinks they advertise lower prices and artificially inflate postage to gain an advantage over online rivals.
Whatever, the bottom line was the same. I just can't help feeling I've been duped.
Dislike: Do not have stock, delivery is slow, wasted my money for paid express delivery that does not delivered. Had to call them twice for information on delivery.
So far so good with product. Service was good, although don't understand why I received a UK conversion adapter for an Australian headed product. Is there any suggestion for the problem?

good phone
Great phone. Accurate to the description. Good battery life. Happy. Delivery reasonable. Good accessories. Waiting to see how the phone fares over time.

Good
Bought a phone from here, received it within a week of purchase. Seems to be good quality, haven't turned it on yet. Was a reasonable price, especially compare to mainstream companies.

Mr
Great product, I didn't like the fact that it took a few days to dispatch from the warehouse, but shipping after that was quick. Enjoying my phone so far.
