Impeccable Service
I was scouring the web for good deals on white goods and found Electro Seconds to offer the best price and shipping rates for my order. Shipping was fast and excellent - they deliver on weekends. Unfortunately, the washing machine wasn't installed properly the first time and it caused the drum to crack while in operation during the first day. I had the manufacturer call send a technician down the next day to troubleshoot the problem and eventually got it replaced with Electro Seconds. The sales rep, Behrouz, was very apologetic for the trouble caused and offered to have the washing machine replaced at the earliest possible date. He followed up throughout the entire process via email and phone. That is good warranty service.
