I ordered $40 worth of sale items from Glassons. The delivery man (Star Track) didn't ring the doorbell and left a card behind. Annoyingly you have to spend 20-30 min on the phone rearranging delivery which I did for Christmas Eve. They didn't come. Or for the rest of the week. I complained to Glassons who responded saying they were working with Star Track to ensure better service. Once it hit one week I wrote back again and they were very apologetic and said they would chase it up. I received the order the next day AND Glassons refunded the order to apologise. Excellent service from them! I can't stand Startrack, but I have since order another $130 worth of clothes from Glassons because their product is great, they dispatch same day and now because I know they work with their customers and dispatchers to ensure satisfaction. 5 stars!
There is no Glassons store in my city so I go for online store since they offered free shipping in Australia. The shipping took about a week. I got a dress and it is very good value for what it is. Very happy about it.

I would definitely shop with Glassons online again.
Glassons online store is exactly like shopping in the physical retail store. Style is very similar to Sportsgirl and is always on trend however it is a little bit expensive. Delivery is extremely quick, would shop online again!
