Ordered a maxi skirt off their online store, received it that week only for it to be a playsuit - not a maxi skirt. Rang the company up and was offered free return shipping and was told the maxi skirt is being sent out via express post and will be with me in 1-2 business days. Four business days later and nothing had arrived. Rang the company up only to get an incompetent worker who constantly lied to me all day about ringing me back and saying she had rang the lady who made the order and that the original lady will call me tomorrow morning with a tracking number as no notes had been left on my order about there being another skirt shipped out.
Rang the company the next morning and the original girl had never received any calls from the lady yesterday (clearly lied to me) then proceeds to tell me that the skirt was never shipped out last week at all. No one bothered to ring me and tell me this and explain to me why.
Says she now has a skirt there and will express ship it and says it will arrive tomorrow, which i need it for tomorrow night.
This was such a waste of my time. Worst customer service i have ever had. I have never had so much hassle from ordering something online. The staff are incompetent liars and I cant believe this is how they think a business should be run. I would be embarrassed.
