On March 1 I bid on and won a 12 bottle case of 2012 Goose Chase Chardonnay from Margaret River. Communication was perfect: confirmation I had won the auction, invoice, advice of despatch, automatic tracking advice from the carrier. The total price I paid, including delivery and buyer's premium, worked out at $5.30 per bottle..........and the wine is excellent!
Needed more eau de toilette spray so checked GraysOnline as I'd purchased from them before. Sure enough, the prices were great again! So on February 6 I ordered 1 x 100ml Adidas Deep Energy E de T. Delivery was swift, arriving February 9. I received email updates with delivery information. The E de T smells good and the price was super low. Very happy!
bid and won a case of wine for Christmas, wine never arrived asked for the return of my payment 2 weeks ago, still waiting. Grays are just not interested.Will have to make a complaint to Fair Trading just to get my money back. Bad company to deal with.
