I ordered a genuine samsung tab 2 case but received a fake pu leather case. I had to call 5 times to check if my order had been dispatched because their staff kept putting me on hold and hanging up on me. I received the package and it is not at all what is in the description. I was under the impression I was buying a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 Book Cover in Berry Pink with the model EFC-1H8SPECSTD which stated on their website website with the RRP $71.87
I did not receive this item, I received a PU leather case in dark pink that I could have purchased off ebay for $5 delivered. I was misled.
They also charged me $10 for shipping when on the envelope they sent me, it was only $1.20 in stamps. They overcharge for shipping.
I had to open a paypal dispute as they did not respond to my emails and kept hanging up on me. They did not respond to the paypal dispute within the timeframe and I was granted a refund from paypal.
