Vladimir would not shop at The Watch Hut again.
Very bad shop! Do not buy there!!!
I placed the order twice and each time they take the money from cards and after some hours sent emails with information that order was canceled. The first time it was payment policy but why the take money I do not know. And the second time after money was taken item was somehow out of stock.
So I have blocked twice the price of watch on my cards for nothing.
I think they use cards information to steal money from them or just sell it to hackers.
Be Aware!!! Do not buy anything there!!!

worst customer service, horrible experience
I purchased an Armani exchange watch for my partner's birthday on the 11th July and was expected to arrive between 17-23 July. I decided to purchase from this website because of their fast international shipping and competitive prices. The tracking number they gave me did not work so I contacted them via email. I didn't receive a response after a couple of days so I called them. They said they were unsure as to why it didn't work and could not track my parcel. I needed it to come by the dates they specified since it was a gift so I asked for if they could send another one with express shipping and they said they don't offer that service. I then asked for a refund so I could purchase a gift here in Australia instead, they said they will process it shortly. A couple of days later the tracking number miraculously worked and showed up as delivered but I had not received the watch. I queried them in regards to the signature on delivery and they said they couldn't track it. If it was delivered, it should've had a signature on record with the delivery company. I had to constantly call them to chase up a refund and it took them a month and a half to do so. I wasted a lot of money making international calls to the UK to resolve the issue add they refused to call me even though it was a fault in their behalf. It also took dozens of emails from me which they rarely responded to. They never kept me up to date on the progress of tracking the parcel, I always had to contact them. No apologies from them either. I'm so glad I got my refund after so much hassle and waste of time.
I would not recommend them to my worst enemy, let alone my family and friends. The only upside is they have competitive prices but what good is that if the watch never arrives and you have to deal with horrendous customer service.
