after an initial great experience from JJ, i decided to order another item
the only good things this time was that they sent my item and it arrived within 5 days however, i received a plain black one (they did not even have a black one listed on their website!)
after numerous attempts to contact them (via 2 different listed emails and calls, leaving voice messages) and a non-existent "online chat", i was forced to escalate the matter to paypal
JJ decided to dispute my claim, even though all i asked was for them to send me the correct item. not much to ask for right?
paypal decided in my favor and refunded my money.
so from this experience, service from JJ is so poor to the point of non-existent and i would HIGHLY not recommend them.
if i could, i would take back my first review, but in fairness, i guess if you dont need to contact them, and you receive your item, JJ is OK. but if you have any issues, dont expect anything but trouble.
ill have to echo what the first reviewer has stated, and perhaps its best to stay away from JJ
they could have made it simple and just refunded my money or sent me my correct item. now they have lost my business forever, and i had intended to purchase from them again...
