The parcel arrived within a few days of me ordering it, which was amazing! The box was really heavy, but it was brought up to our first floor apartment, no questions asked! And postage was only $10!
But I have to say, the bike itself is not great at all. The seat is super uncomfortable and bottom the frame has a cheap plastic cover on it which buckles if you touch it, meaning I have to be careful with it.
Why go to all of the trouble to give such fantastic online service if your product doesn't follow through? I don't know that I would shop with Kmart again after this experience.
On the other hand, if you are buying a trusted brand or something from Kmart, their service is excellent. So, of course, my ratings are going to reflect their fantastic service but their dodgy product.
