I bought 3 tops from Ezibuy as I was having no luck finding anything I liked in physical stores and sometimes Ezibuy has a better range than local shops that seem to be more slaves to current trends.
Two of the tops arrived first as they were from standard Ezibuy lines. They are nice enough, I don't love them, but they are suitable for work so I will keep them.
The third top was from Next so it shipped separately and arrived a little later than the others. That one is a real winner, I love that one so much I have ordered another one, exactly the same. I have to go up a size in Next, as they seem to run a little small, but I have liked all the Next clothing I have bought from Ezibuy thus far and it is an inexpensive brand, so I am quickly becoming a fan.
I placed an order for two t-shirts from Ezibuy when they had a coupon code in a Woolworths catalogue.
As I was ordering t-shirts that I already have, just in different colours, there was no guess work with sizing as I knew what I was buying and I knew they would fit.
Shipping took as long as would be expected to WA and the items were well packed, as always.
I have placed quite a few orders with Ezibuy in the last few years and have consistently been really pleased with their service.
This order was no different. I ordered 3 shirts, 2 that were the same style as other shirts I have previously bought and one that was a new style.
I am really happy with all 3 of the shirts. They were exactly as described and I found the sizing to be accurate. The order arrived within a reasonable time for its travel to WA and the items were well packed.
I don't need to return any of these shirts as they all fit well, however I was really pleased to discover that since my last purchase, they have updated their returns process and there is now a $6.50 return postage sticker included in the parcel. When you return an item, they deduct $6.50 from your refund cost, saving money on the return postage. I think this is a great addition to their already outstanding service.
I would happily recommend that others buy from Ezibuy.
I recently purchased a few casual tops from Ezibuy as well as a pair of bathers. I was buying one of the tops to replace one exactly the same that I have worn to death and needed to replace and I was pleased to see that they are still stocking that same style.
I was really pleased with this order. Of the 5 tops I ordered, I intend to return 1 as the style does not suit me, but the other 4 tops and the bathers fit me really well.
The items were well packed and arrived 5 days after ordering, to WA, with priority shipping. Another successful purchase!
I have bought lots of things from Ezibuy over the years and some of my favourite clothing items have come from them. This order was for 4 tops, two from Grace Hill, one Capture and one Emerge top as well as a pair of shoes.
I was thrilled with the tops and kept three out of the four, choosing to return one of them. This was my first attempt at purchasing shoes from Ezibuy and I found the style too wide for my feet, but the shoes were lovely. The return for those items isn't yet complete (returns do take a little while), but all my previous returns have been hassle free.
Shipping was quick, as quick as can be expected when it is coming to WA and Ezibuy kept me updated on my order status.

I've returned a garment to them before because I measured myself incorrectly and get this: didn't have to pay for more shipping, I received the replacement dress within the week couriered to my house, no hassles. I was really impressed with the service, and trully, because I didn't need to drive my car out, find carpark, line up at the cash registers, all to exchange a dress - I will keep shopping with EziBuy. It also helps that they offer Daily Specials, they have a clearance section, sells quality garments with designer houses too, and free shipping if you buy over $100. $100 isn't hard to do when you see a dress you like for $25, a nice jacket for $30 which would probably cost you triple the amount for that design at the shops, a pair of shoes for another $20, some casual tops for $8+ each... You get my drift. My orders always arrive by the 14th business day.
