I bought two pairs of shoes on here, one (roc fanfare black) fitted perfectly - I wear it everyday, literally, and one (diana ferrari paulette light bone) ran large and didn't fit. The black shoes were so comfortable, I didn't even have to wear it in for it to be comfortable like most shoes. THe larger one, I was able to return free - they sent a driver to come pick it up. Took a while since the driver seemed to refuse to ring the bell for my unit... However, the refund was very prompt, so that was satisfactory. I would definitely buy from here again. It's free and very fast shipping for full priced shoes, around $7 for sales - so still very cheap.
