I ordered a Samsung S5 mini phone on 16/Sep/15. I believed them to be a partner of Amaysim since they had such a large section of Amaysim's website.
After numerous exchanges and excuses of "rush on orders" and "warehouse issues", still no phone after 6 weeks.
So I browsed their site to find a phone at the same price that might be in stock. I found one, a Samsung A5. While I was browsing, a chat popped up with "Can I help you". His name was Earvin.
So I gave him my order number and had him confirm the A5 was in stock and had him change the order. Two weeks later, still no shipping number, and no email or system update to confirm the change.
I suspect Earvin is the principal of MobiCity. The others who I spoke to in the first few weeks have probably lost their job. But Earvin was still prepared to chat and take my money whilst trading insolvent.
Please note: i live and ordered this mobile which i have never received in UK not Australia
please i am warning you from this SO RUBBISH company (MOBICITY UK)
i ordered from them lumia 640XL on 12/8/2015,and paid extra for delivery. 2-5 working days.after waiting 7 working days not received anything.
finally,i wrote to customer 3 times, and cancelled the order.
i got reply from them and said i will get my money back asap.

please do not waste your money and wait for the item you will never receive
i would give them (-minus 5 star) if i can.
you have been warned,do not make the same mistake i had done
Ordered an in stock mobile phone 4 Sept to find out 10 days later phone was never in stock - they blamed a fault with their website. Fraudulently taking my payment of over $400. Many phone calls & emails later with promises of phone arriving at warehouse any day...26 days later we ask for a refund only to receive email after email from them offering inferior phones in place of phone we ordered or refund. Totally ripped off. Still waiting in my refund. Beware!!
First time purchasing through mobicity for a phone for myself and one for my misus. I was to believe that all phones were 100% Australian stock as i read somewhere on the site. The only reason i went on this site was because of this, i didnt want a cheap knock off to look like the real thing. I paid alot of money for this, i mean If i wanted one from China i would have gone to another site where it would have been cheaper and because i understood the warehouse was local in Brisbane so i would assume it would be faster in delivery.
I now found out i have to verify the purchase which is another story, by 1. a utility bill 2. hand written order number and 3. a copy of my drivers licence These to me are alarms for a scam.
I have not agreed to this and i have asked for a full refund, now i have to wait 24-48 hours for my money. Not only that i cant make my order until i get it back. I have said i will write this and post it. I am so angry. I still feel like taking this further and considering doing so.
I purchased a phone that was clearly advertised as 'in stock' and delivered within 5-7 days.
I made sure to confirm with sales rep as the availability of item before purchase, she told me clearly it "it is available".
Not true!
My order has been in 'fulfillment a' for the last 4 days? in other words 'still processing'??? this was after my order being verified, confirmed and with their warehouse guys.
To put in other words, they didn't have the stock.
So why advertise that it is available then? and confirm availability? when you don't have it?
My purchase was to be used as a gift for my partner, but obviously thats not going to happen? and i will now have to quickly run out and find an alternative shop front and pay another $500 on top.
ALL THIS BECAUSE OF ONE STUPID MISLEADING STATEMENT - THAT YOUR ITEMS WAS 'IN STOCK' AND 'AVAILABLE'
Regretful and troubled purchase, stock levels are misleading, they just want to secure the sale and worry about it later.
Stay Away, read below, I'm not the only one who've experienced this.
Bought samsung galaxy note cover and have waited over 5 weeks for it. Numerous exchanges have been made with vague excuses such as "technical issues" and "system errors". The item is actually been in back order the entire time I found out today and the website hasn't been changed at all to notify future customers that their product isn't actually available. Buy the product elsewhere.
Still waiting, help desk/support waste of time - nearly two weeks for someone to pull the item off the warehouse shelf and send it - I'd accept a delay in the delivery but not fulfilment. No where on their web site do they define "in stock fast delivery" as obviously Mobicity's definition is different from most people - I cannot recommend purchasing from this site. As for the pricing - others are cheaper but went with them as I mistakenly thought they were a reputable company
Same but never got mine after 5 weeks before I decided to cancel the order due to frustration of their service.
