I ordered a physio foam roller and a yoga mat from OO.com.au. The website is easy to navigate, browsing the products was easy and placing the order very straight forward.
The prices were very competitive - both items were at least 50% cheaper than I could find for a similar product elsewhere. The reviews were useful and easy to find.
I placed my order online on the 23rd January and received email confirmation of my order immediately. Two days later I received another email to say my items had been dispatched.
The products arrived on the morning of the 29th January, which given it was a long weekend, meant it only took two business days to arrive. I was very happy with that. The items arrived in two separate parcels, delivered by couriers within half an hour of each other. They were shipped separately (two different sellers I expect) and one was automatically express delivery. I had the option to elect the other parcel as express (for a small surcharge) but didn't bother. Due to the long weekend they arrived on the same day.
The items were exactly as described. So far so good!
Was looking for a good deal on a camera bag and came across this one with free shipping it sounded good. Shipping was fast, I received it today so it only took 2 working days to come and I got to sign for it so it wasn't left on the porch.
I bought a Confidence 2-in-1 Elliptical Trainer and a universal mobile phone/gps holder for in the car. I shopped around a lot to find the best price for an Elliptical Trainer with good reviews and oo.com.au came out on top. I've had the machine for 5 months now and it's extremely good quality for the price and I highly recommend buying fitness equipment from this site.
What truly impressed me about oo.com.au was that a week after I made my purchase, the Elliptical Trainer went on sale. I never would have known it was now available for a lower price, but the company emailed me and gave me a credit for the price difference that I could use in the coming months! Now that is quality customer service.
Shipping was reasonable, I received both items from separate shippers within a week during the busy Christmas season.
One potential drawback of the site is that it sends a lot of promotional emails after you sign up with them. There's an unsubscribe function, but I would love it if they offered the "only send me emails once a week" or "once a month" option like many other sites do, so I could get updates on their great sales without being inundated with 20 emails in one month.
Amazing android tablet with capacitive 10 point touch technology and a speedy 1.5Ghz DUAL CORE processor! Wonderful piece of technology and very reliable as i use it all the time now to view movies, pictures and play games on the massive 10" screen. Shipping was also speedy (arriving within one week) and while making my purchase i found many other items and found it hard to choose with their fantastic prices!
I ordered a gift for mothers day and had it delivered to my mum. It was a perfume gift set and arrived well in advance of mothers day. The price was wonderful and much cheaper in comparison with other sites for the particular brand. Great experience and I will definitely shop there again.
I purchased some Woodworm umbrellas from Oo. I believe these umbrellas are somewhat well known, but this was my first experience with them. People really aren't kidding when they say they're huge.
They are super umbrellas though and the 3 pack means I always have one handy.
