I've ordered from these guys on several occasions, and have had very mixed experiences.
Placing my order was difficult. They were unable to accept one of my images as I was using the most current version of Adobe Creative Suite for the designs. I ended up having to change the file, which was fine, but it was a hassle. I'd expect a print shop to have current software and technology.
I find the t-shirt and printing quality to be fantastic. Colours are sharp, the fabrics are nice, and they last very well with time.
Order times are terrible. One order I was able to pick-up after 3 days, but another time I was waiting almost 3 weeks for it to be shipping (they quote 5 days on the website).
Customer service is appalling. They did not come across as very professional or helpful, and several of my emails and phone calls went unanswered.
In the future I would go elsewhere and save myself the hassle.
I've just been contacted by the store apologising, and explaining that they now have a new management and a new customer service team. They offered me a voucher as compensation, so I will try it out and if everything goes well, I will continue to order from here as the print quality really is great!
I have ordered a custom printed shirt on two occasions from this store.
The first order took longer than expected to arrive. I sent an email to enquire and it must've been missed, as I didn't get a response. I later called, and finally got through after around an hour of trying, and they were helpful and apologetic. The shirt took about two weeks to arrive.
The second order I arranged to pick-up from the store in Sydney. This was a smooth transaction. It took 4 days to be printed which was great(about a week before Christmas, too).
Both times the shirts and printing have been of very high quality. I had images printed on both colour and white and the colours are great, and haven't faded yet (after several months of wear).
Pricing is very reasonable for the quality and there are discounts available if you're ordering multiple shirts. Shipping is cheap, and totally free if you're able to pick it up from the store.
