Price line was having a black Friday sale so I jumped at the chance. I purchased 6 lipsticks and received free shipping as it was apart of the deal. The price and service was great but it took a month for me to receive the product which is why shipping has received 4 gold stars. Would repurchase from them.
I purchased translucent loose powder from Priceline while they had free shipping. Placed my order on a Friday and received my item on Thursday. It was very well packaged.
The site is easy to use and the ordering process is quite simple. I mostly go to Priceline for cosmetics though and nothing beats going into the real store for that.
Easy to use website but after sales service could be improved
I was browsing the site for the catalogue and, to my pleasant surprise, found that they now have an online store! Fabulous as I have had problems in the past where I visit a store only to find the items sold out. The interface was intuitive and purchasing was a breeze.
However, I have now found that their after sales service is lacking. I bought a "free gift with purchase" item and the free gift was never sent. There was no phone number that I could find on their website so - reading through the website - I attempted to log into the Sister Club in order to contact them. I reset my password twice on Sister Club and still could not log in. I have now logged a "Quick Returns" form and let's see how it goes. Will write a follow-up review depending on the service I receive.
I took advantage of its sale offer of buy 2 get 1 free Blackmores product, as well as the free shipping offer. It was delivered smoothly with good packaging and less hassle. Would recommend this to others with no time to browse in the shop for products.
Priceline offers exactly that service you'd expect: reliable products with decently priced postage. It is a great place to shop when something is either sold out instore or you don't have time to shop.
