I didn't have the best experience with this website. I ordered 10 different items which came to a total of about $160. The purchase included free shipping which was good. The shipping was reasonable and the order arrived within a week, except for one item. In the box was a note saying that the item was on backorder an would be shipped asap. I waited over a month and still no missing item nor any notification of when the missing item would arrive. I sent them a follow up email and was advised the day after that the item was still out of stock and they gave me an item to swap to another brand, wait or receive a refund. I opted to wait till it was in stock (even though they couldn't confirm when this would be). Time went on and another month passed without any updates or product. So I contacted them again asking how long it would be. They advised once again that it was still out of stock and that they had issued me a refund straight back onto my card for the product. I honestly don't think I'd shop there again, as they were pretty poor with their effort to keep me updated with what was happening with my missing item and in the end refunded it without me even approving it.
