I have previously ordered Next branded clothing through Ezibuy, but this was my first order through the Next Direct website.
I found the website really easy to use but the lack of a 'wishlist' function has put me off returning to use it again after placing this order as their product range is so vast that it is so time consuming to browse their website without being able to save items for later.
My order arrived really quickly with free shipping and the items were very well packed. The clothes were of expected quality for the price point and I was able to return those that did not suit me without any fuss and I received a refund within a reasonable time frame.
I think it is likely that I will order from Next Direct again and I would recommend them to others, but the inability to save items for later when browsing really put me off using the website.
